Rental Request Form

If you are ready to take your event to the next level, fill out the rental request form below to start the process! This is a REQUEST form only. There is no obligation on your part once this form is filled out. The reservation is not finalized until the rental agreement is signed and the invoice is paid in full. This form simply starts the rental process and allows us to confirm availability and details including rental fees, delivery fees and add-ons, etc. to ensure your event is the best it can be!

**Please complete the form in it's entirety to ensure efficient and timely processing of your booking request. A signed rental agreement and payment of security deposit is required before your booking can be confirmed. Once your booking is confirmed, payment of all rental fees will be due in full prior to pick up/delivery of any rental equipment.
